1.I need one roof tent for test first, how about is it ? How much is the cost?
Of course, we prefer our clients to test sample quality at the beginning. You may pay the cost first, when you take bulk order, the sample cost will be returned. In other words we provide free sample.

2.Which color can you provide?
Hard shell roof top tent: The hard shell is black or white, body is green, gray or khaki. We also can provide customized service, we can print the design on the body or top of the roof tent as your demand.
Soft roof top tent: Green, orange and khaki, normal khaki has storage, Or customized as your demand.

3.Do you accept OEM cooperation of the roof top tent?
Yes, we are welcome OEM & ODM cooperation.

4.What is the warranty?
Our vehicle tent is warranted against defects in material and manufacturing for 5 years on fabric tents.
We will repair or replace, at its option, any defects during the warranty period. This warranty does not extend to normal wear and tear, or to damage or cosmetic blemishes sustained during use. We will repair or replace at our option.
In the event that the tent must be returned to our repair facility for inspection and repair/replacement, owners have to assume the cost and liability of freight. Shipping damage is the responsibility between tent owner andthe logistics company.
